Participants pay 30 percent of their adjusted income for rent and
receive a utility allowance from the Housing Authority. Rental
subsidy payments are made directly to the landlord. Participants
qualify for assistance based upon their level of income and family
status. Very low-income households, earning 50% or less of
the median for the county, qualify.
Only apartments and houses in Provo City are eligible. For help
outside Provo, contact Utah County Housing Authority at 373-8333.

following maximum income limits* for admission to the PCHA's
Section 8 Certificate and Voucher program is based upon fifty
percent of the median income for Utah County.
